Fulfillment Policy

Priority Virtual Healthcare is committed to fulfill the service you contract with us in a prompt and efficient manner. Our services are related to telemedicine visits with a healthcare provider via video conference. This company prides itself on customer service and prompt patient care.

  1. Healthcare Provider at this practice is defined as a physician assistant. Both the supervising physician and the physician assistant licensed are board-certified clinicians in Alabama and Georgia.
  2. We strive to provide telehealth visits on the same day you request via self-scheduling.
  3. Your appointment date and time will be granted to you before you pay for the visit.
  4. Your payment is due before the visit unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Refunds for visits canceled at least 24 hours in advance or visits not completed due to technology failure will be returned 100%. Not completed means no treatment was given the patient.
  6. Refunds for medication refills not obtained from the pharmacy will be given 100%. Pharmacy will be contacted to verify.
  7. No refunds shall be issued to patients who change their minds after successfully completing their consultation with a healthcare provider and receiving medical advice/over-the-counter treatment or prescription for a medicine. Please see Refund Policy prior to booking.
  8. No refunds will be given for consultation visits. See Exclusions prior to booking.
  9. If medication is needed, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy within a couple of hours.
  10. If laboratory, radiology, or any diagnostic imaging is needed, your order will be sent on the same day. Results of these studies may take 3-7 days to return and will be delivered via patient portal on the day of return.
